Mr. Thalop is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Thalop Group Inc. Mr. Thalop Founded the company in 2018, the firm is a nationwide real estate development firm specializing in innovative projects across various sectors. Mr. Thalop is also the Founder and Trustee of the Thalop Foundation, a charitable organization committed to supporting education, mental health, and community development initiatives. Mr. Thalop has played significant leadership roles within the Burmese community. He serves as the President of the Burmese Community of North America (2022-Present), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for education and mental health initiatives to support the growing Burmese community in Central Indiana. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Burmese American Community Institute (BACI), an organization focused on fostering cultural understanding and education between Burmese and American communities. He is a past Board Member of the Chin Community of Indiana and played a significant role in supporting and advancing the interests of the Chin community within Indiana. He is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Chin Youth Organization of North America. He was named as 2023 Chin Youth of the Year by ChinTV and CYONA and as Chintube 2023 Entrepreneur of the year.
